Shipping

We try to ship all orders on the same day they are received; most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If for any reason there is a delay, we will notify you by email or telephone in less than one business day.

All orders are F.O.B. our shipping facility. The risk of loss and title for ordered merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and/or freight consolidator.

Return Policy

If an item does not perform as described on our website, or if it ceases to perform as descrbed within 15 days after receiving it, you may obtain a refund or store credit. After 15 days the item will be considered subject to manufacturer warranty service or replacement. Returns for refund or store credit after 15 days, or for any reason other than stated above, will be solely at the discretion of Nanny Cam Direct, Inc., and may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%. Any shipping charges accrued from Nanny Cam Direct, Inc. are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

• Return the item to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.
• You MUST call Tech. Support at (877) 476-3030 M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for RMA Number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package.
• You must include all packaging materials.
• Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number
• Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
• You must pay any return shipping expense
• Software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances. All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue store credit or refund.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered.

Continental US addresses are shipped out Standard UPS Ground at no additional shipping cost.

Alaska and Hawaii are shipped out UPS 2nd Day Air. (request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges).

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the description of a given product, warranty is for 12 months after merchandise is received, and product will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Nanny Cam Direct, Inc. may elect to furnish a replacement or store credit. If the same item is no longer available, an alternate item will be provided as a replacement where applicable.
